With our patients' needs in mind, we developed a program that provides support in the key areas of life skill development and self-care, with an overall focus on relapse prevention. As they step down from our higher levels of care, we provide supervised apartment living and ongoing clinical support at Oliver-Pyatt Centers. We believe this gradual progression to independence allows our patients to more fully embody their recovery. The Transitional Living Clinical Team develops an individualized treatment plan for each patient, offering the same compassion and attention to detail as our other levels of care.
